Karin Bradovka

Subtle Revelations
A Digital Photography Exhibition

Revealing the ingrained features of an object with a focused vision projects the intricacies and depth held within nature. Exploring textures and contours with a detailed perspective, Karin Bradovka enhances elements through compositional dynamics and embellished coloration. Accenting aesthetics with subtle flairs that highlight the essence of the subjects, Bradovka’s artistic images reflect the shapely nuances of organic and industrial attributes. Within the graceful tones and surrealistic context, Bradovka's photography extends the fluid delineations of the images with a timeless quality.

"My photography explores a softer side of nature and the unnoticed details of modern life. With a focus on composition, I strive to capture images that reflect subtle lines, vibrant colors and abstract textures."

Before moving to South Florida in 1995, Bradovka, a Swiss native, learned to develop her

artistic perspective while earning a degree from the Zurich Art School, and later expanded her skills at the Photographic Center in Palm Beach. Before focusing her artistic energies towards photography, Bradovka utilized her creative abilities with more commercial tasks as a culinary artist, graphic designer and calligrapher. With many years of artistic development and 1 year of dedicated photography, Bradovka cites the inspiration of her family, especially Jeno Bradovka (father/composer), Beat Bradovka (brother/painter), Alice Bradovka-Strickles (grandmother/opera singer), Hans Frech (grandfather/painter) and Sonja Ortombina (close friend) as creative motivators for her own expressive maturity.

Currently, Karin is working on broadening her range of creative outlets to include painting, music and multi-media projects.
